1. License to Use Content 

By submitting wine(s) for review and paying the applicable submission fees to Peer Review Wine ("PRW"), you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the review content ("Content") under the following conditions:

Definition of Content: “Content” includes all review material provided by PRW, such as: 
- Wine ratings (out of 100) 
- Written tasting notes 
- Excerpts or full reviews 
- Any other related review material

Permitted Use: 
- You may only use Content related to wines that you produce or sell. 
- You may use tasting notes and ratings in marketing, sales, and promotional materials. 

​

Conditions of Use: 
- Accuracy: You may abridge Content for marketing purposes, but must not alter its meaning, tone, or score in any way. 
- Attribution: All tasting notes, excerpts, or ratings must be clearly attributed to “Peer Review Wine”. 
- Product Match: Content must only be used in connection with the exact wine and vintage that was reviewed.

Prohibited Use: 
- You must not modify rating scores or tasting notes. 
- Content must not be associated with any other wines or vintages than those specifically reviewed.

Monitoring and Enforcement: 
- PRW reserves the right to monitor how Content is used to ensure compliance with our brand and usage guidelines. 
- Misuse of Content may result in immediate termination of license access without refund.

2. Termination of Access 

If your licence access is terminated, you must remove all references to PRW Content within 30 days of termination from: 
- Online materials (e.g., your website) 
- Printed materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, posters, handouts) 

This includes all tasting notes, rating scores, and any other Peer Review Wine material used in your marketing or promotional content.

3. Age Restrictions 

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Services, in accordance with Australian laws regarding alcohol-related content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights 

All Content provided by PRW remains the intellectual property of Peer Review Wine. No rights are transferred beyond those specifically granted in these Terms. Any unauthorised use of Content may result in legal action.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 

PRW makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the reviews. Use of Content is at your own risk. PRW is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on reviews or from the unavailability of the Services.

6. Privacy

7. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
